- Background
- The ATP Tour spans dozens of tournaments every season, from Masters 1000 events to smaller ATP 250s, across every continent. Each one needs a digital presence that feels on-brand for the tour yet tailored to the event, its city, partners and fans, with schedules, draws, live scores, tickets and news all in one place.
- Challenge
- Every tournament was building and maintaining its own website, leading to inconsistent fan experiences, duplicated costs and slow launches each season. Smaller events lacked the budget or resources to deliver a high-quality digital presence, while larger ones needed flexibility to reflect their own brand and partners. ATP needed one platform that could serve tournaments of every size, launch quickly and stay consistent across the tour.
- Solution
- I created and led the product design of a white-label, modular tournament platform, from mapping the needs of tournaments of every size through to information architecture, a flexible template system, UI and prototyping. Built on the ATP design system, each tournament can apply its own brand, partners and content while sharing core features like schedules, draws, live scores and ticketing. Hundreds of tournaments now launch faster and at lower cost, with a consistent, high-quality experience for fans across the tour.
