+ Where are you located? Can you work at our office?

I live in South East London, UK, and would be more than happy to hot desk at your office or work remotely. I'm very flexible to your needs.

+ What's the best way to speak to you?

I'm happy to speak on the phone, by email, Zoom, Google Hangouts or face to face at your office or in a local coffee shop (first coffee is on me).

+ What's your availability?

Even though I'm flexible, I have a general rule of thumb that I work with a maximum of two clients per month owing to dedication and intensity I place into each project. Feel free to book a time slot to me so I can priorities you first.

+ What's your hourly/daily fee?

This depends on the type of project. It's probably best if we have a quick chat so I can understand your needs first.

+ Do you own any design equipment?

Of course – I’m fully kitted out with a MacBook Pro, an iPhone and sketch pad and pen.

+ What software do you use?

I have a full Adobe Creative Suite licence and am an experienced user of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere (among many others). If you have any other requirements, please let me know.

+ Do you use plugins?

I have worked in many high pressured environments, so I understand the need to turn around projects quickly and to a high standard. To ensure delivery, I use a mixture of master assets and plugins which can be applied to any project including transitions, wipes, textures to name but a few.

+ What's a hands-on Digital Creative Director/Designer?

My style is to empower my team and lead by example, and this means I get my hands dirty to ensure only the best outcome is delivered.

+ What digital creative services do I provide?

I provide a 360 digital service, meaning I can focus on either a single creative area or across an entire campaign. I have 15+ years of experience delivering successful digital creative from paid media, organic social through to designing websites, managing the process from beginning to end.

+ Do you write copy?

I tend to partner with a trusted copywriter if and when needed.

+ Do you illustrate or take photography?

While I can storyboard and illustrate if needed, I generally work with illustrators and photographers to refine a creative strategy which is in line with your business needs and goals.

+ Have you ever managed a team?

Yes, I have managed multiple digital design teams ranging in skillset and ability from Junior to Senior level. I take a lot of pride in mentoring my teams towards success, whether that's streamlining environments, fine-tuning their systems, processes and workflows, or building their capability.

+ Do you have experience with senior stakeholders?

As an experienced Director I work closely with senior and executive stakeholders articulating design outputs and creative direction to ensure buy-in.

+ Do you have experience in project management?

I believe that the success of a project comes from well-structured processes and systems. Projects can easily deviate and evolve, meaning cost to the business. I am experienced in managing multiple projects concurrently – I primarily use Basecamp to manage my workflow though I’m equally as happy using the project management software of your choice.
